All our one bedroom apartments are on one level some apartments double as easy access apartments with both ground and first floor options available.
When making a reservation for a disabled access apartment please ensure you advise that you would be requiring a ground floor apartment. There is an interconnecting two bedroom apartment that can be used for carers.
Other features of our easy / disabled access apartments are:
- Extra wide doorways and hallways.
- Large bedrooms and living areas which provide easy turning circles.
- Grip bars in the bathroom, around the toilet, vanity and inside the shower, shower hose which can be vertically altered.
- Large showers that are flat to the floor (no stepping) room for assisted showering.
- Raisable beds to chair height.
- Ramps are placed into entrance and rear doors of apartments for easy access.
- Low level and easily accessable kitchen benches, appliances, crockery, cutlery, oven, stove and dishwasher.
- Brightly lit pathways, lights on external entrances as well as lamps in the living area and bedroom.
Bedroom is separate from living/dining area, the apartment accommodates up to two guests in a king size bed.
These apartments have parking directly out the front door, large windows overlooking our pool and wetlands areas, along with standard apartment features - including TV, DVD player, direct dial phone, broadband and wireless high-speed internet access available.
